Mocktail

Fake Champagne

• 1 L ginger beer
• 350ml Pineapple juice
• 500ml white grape juice
• Orange slice to garnish

1. Mix the juices and ginger beer in a punch bowl or jug with ice.

2. Serve in a flute and garnish with a slice of orange on the side.

This Mocktail was the winning recipe from a competition held at St Peter’s School

in Cambridge, to find a drink for their school ball.
